A friction mechanism (52) for generating a friction force acting on the adjusting element (42) is provided, which counteracts the driving force acting on the first rim (44) when a movement of the adjusting element (42) relative to the first rim (44) is obtained. The invention further relates to a drive train (82) having such a freewheel assembly (4).
