    本发明公开了一种预制构件用翻转装置及工作方法,涉及市政工程技术领域,包括底座,底座顶部转动连接环形的翻转架,翻转架外侧与驱动机构配合以实现转动;翻转架内设置轨道底板,轨道底板顶部滑动连接固定底板,固定底板顶部设有多组固定机构,固定底板顶部设有轨道顶板,轨道顶板底部滑动连接固定顶板,轨道顶板通过升降机构带动固定顶板运动以顶紧预制构件;翻转架侧面设置升降平台,升降平台顶部设有轨道板,并且轨道板与轨道顶板和轨道底板的结构相同,以实现轨道板与轨道顶板和轨道底板对接后固定顶板和固定底板任意滑动;可以高效快速地将预制件进行任意角度的翻转,并可以防止预制件松动对翻转过程产生的不利影响。
