According to the device, the adjusting frame is driven to move downwards, the auxiliary rough rollers on the two sides are preferentially driven to deflect to the two sides of the bottom of the drainage pipe and then matched with the main rough roller to synchronously center and contract to clamp the drainage pipe, the two auxiliary rough rollers bear the drainage pipe at the bottom, the main rough roller fixes the drainage pipe at the top, and therefore connection of the drainage pipe is more convenient and faster; and when the drainage pipe is fixed, deviation of the sliding block is limited synchronously, so that when the drainage pipe is hoisted subsequently, the drainage pipe is controlled to be stably inclined towards one side of the connecting disc, hoisting safety is guaranteed, and hoisting reliability is improved.
