The invention discloses a spacing adjusting assembly and an adjusting device for crystallizer hoisting, and belongs to the technical field of continuous casting crystallizer overhauling, the spacing adjusting assembly comprises a hoisting cross arm, a first I-shaped roller moves to drive close transmission rods on adjacent transmission mechanisms to act through a connecting rod, so that the connecting rod and the close transmission rods move symmetrically, and the hoisting cross arm is driven by the connecting rod to move; the adjacent transmission rods move to drive the other transmission rod on the same transmission mechanism to act through the two meshed half gears, so that the distance between the two adjacent mounting plates is synchronously increased or decreased; therefore, the distance between every two adjacent crystallizers is synchronously adjusted, the crystallizers can be synchronously hoisted and replaced through the multiple installation plates, and the replacement efficiency of the crystallizers is improved. The crystallizer is hoisted by the double-leg chain through the hoisting hook and the hoisting trunnion on the crystallizer, so that the hoisting of the crystallizer is more stable; the crystallizer hoisting tool can conveniently solve the problem that an existing crystallizer hoisting tool is low in operation efficiency, and is easy to operate and suitable for popularization.
