The invention discloses a comprehensive refrigeration system for a more-electric aircraft and a working method of the comprehensive refrigeration system. The comprehensive refrigeration system comprises a steam circulation refrigeration system for a cabin and a reverse boosting recooling type refrigeration circulation system for an electronic equipment cabin. Ambient air is compressed into a high-pressure air source through the air compressor, and the condenser exchanges heat through fuel oil and the condenser. The cabin exhaust flow is large, the temperature is not high, the cabin exhaust is compressed into a high-pressure air source through an air compressor after being filtered, the high-pressure air source enters a recooler to be cooled, is expanded and cooled through a turbine, enters an air conditioner area to bear heat loads, is reheated in the recooler, is sucked and boosted through the air compressor and is exhausted out of the cabin. Engine bleed air is canceled, fuel oil is used as a condenser cold source, cabin exhaust is fully utilized, the bleed air requirement of the external environment is effectively reduced, the system is suitable for the working environment in which ram air is no longer suitable for being used as a cold source during hypersonic flight, and the system has the advantages of reducing the complexity of the engine, reducing the manufacturing cost, maintaining the engine performance, being high in refrigeration efficiency and low in cost. And the refrigerating capacity is large.

    本发明公开了一种用于多电飞机的综合制冷系统及其工作方法,包括用于座舱的蒸气循环制冷系统,以及用于电子设备舱的逆升压回冷式制冷循环系统。环境空气经压气机压缩成为高压气源,冷凝器由燃油与冷凝器换热。座舱排气流量大且温度不高,过滤后经压气机压缩成为高压气源,进入回冷器后冷却,再通过涡轮膨胀降温,进入空调区域承担热负荷,在回冷器再热后经压气机抽吸升压排出舱外。本发明取消发动机引气,使用燃油做为冷凝器冷源,充分利用座舱排气,有效减少外界环境引气需求,适用于高超声速飞行时冲压空气不再适合作为冷源的工作环境,具有降低发动机复杂程度和减少造价,维护发动机性能,制冷效率高,制冷量大的优点。
