The invention belongs to the technical field of underwater vehicles, and particularly relates to an underwater vehicle tail section shell and a manufacturing process thereof.The underwater vehicle tail section shell comprises a tail section shell base body, a tail section shell body, a tail section shell body and a shell body, the shell steel sleeve is coaxially arranged at the axis of the mounting position; and a nylon support ring; wherein an injection molding cavity is reserved between the outer wall of the shell steel sleeve and the mounting position, rubber is suitable for being injected into the injection molding cavity to form the nylon supporting ring, and in order to better enable the nylon supporting ring to be matched with the shell steel sleeve, the nylon supporting ring is directly formed on the tail-section shell base body in an injection molding mode, so that the tail-section shell of the underwater vehicle is more convenient to use. Firstly, the shell steel sleeve is placed at the position where the shell steel sleeve needs to be installed through the process preassembling column, after the shell steel sleeve is fixed, the nylon supporting ring is directly formed in the injection molding cavity in the outer side of the shell steel sleeve in an injection molding mode, and in this way, the nylon supporting ring and the shell steel sleeve can be perfectly matched to the maximum extent.
本发明属于水下航行器技术领域,具体涉及一种水下航行器尾段壳体及其制造工艺,本水下航行器尾段壳体包括:尾段壳体基体,其上设置有安装位;壳体钢套,同轴设置在安装位的轴心处;以及尼龙支撑环;其中所述壳体钢套的外壁与安装位之间留有注塑空腔,所述注塑空腔内适于注塑橡胶以形成所述尼龙支撑环,本水下航行器尾段壳体为了更好的使尼龙支撑环与壳体钢套配合,直接在尾段壳体基体上注塑成型尼龙支撑环,即先通过工艺预装柱将壳体钢套安放至所需安装的位置,固定好壳体钢套后,直接在壳体钢套外侧的注塑空腔内注塑成型尼龙支撑环,这种方式可以最大限度的使尼龙支撑环与壳体钢套配合完美。
