The invention discloses a steering control method based on a steering axle sensor and an industrial vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: detecting whether the industrial vehicle has a hydraulic action or not, and setting the rotating speed of a hydraulic pump motor as a first rotating speed if the industrial vehicle has the hydraulic action; the steering angular speed is obtained based on a steering axle sensor, the pump rotating speed needed by steering is obtained based on the steering angular speed, and the rotating speed of a hydraulic pump motor is set to be the sum of the pump rotating speed needed by independent hydraulic action and the pump rotating speed needed by steering; if the hydraulic action does not exist, the steering angular speed is obtained based on a steering axle sensor, the pump rotating speed needed by steering is obtained based on the steering angular speed, and the rotating speed of a hydraulic pump motor is set to be the pump rotating speed needed by steering. The steering occurrence and the steering speed are judged based on the steering angular speed obtained by the steering axle sensor, so that the rotating speed of the hydraulic pump motor is automatically adjusted, the speed of hydraulic action is maintained not to be reduced, the same effect as that of a vehicle with a steering column sensor is achieved, and the cost, the energy consumption and the noise are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于转向桥传感器的转向控制方法及工业车辆,方法包括:检测工业车辆是否有液压动作,如果有液压动作,将液压泵电机的转速设置为第一转速;基于转向桥传感器获取转向角速度,基于转向角速度获取转向所需泵转速,并将液压泵电机的转速设置为单独液压动作所需泵转速与转向所需泵转速之和;如果没有液压动作,基于转向桥传感器获取转向角速度,基于转向角速度获取转向所需泵转速,并将液压泵电机的转速设置为转向所需泵转速。本发明基于转向桥传感器获取的转向角速度判断转向的发生及转向速度,以此自动调节液压泵电机的转速,维持液压动作的速度不降速,取得了和带转向柱传感器车型一样的效果,降低了成本低、能耗及噪音。
