The steering device comprises a protective shell, a slewing bearing, a steering driving part, a framework oil seal, a first sealing ring and a second sealing ring, the protective shell comprises a base plate and a surrounding wall arranged on the periphery of the base plate, and the base plate and the surrounding wall are integrally formed and jointly matched to form a containing cavity; a through hole and a driving hole which are communicated with the accommodating cavity are formed in the substrate in a penetrating manner; the slewing bearing is arranged in the containing cavity, an inner ring of the slewing bearing is detachably arranged on the base plate, and a rotating gap is formed between an outer ring of the slewing bearing and the surrounding wall; a driving shaft of the steering driving part extends into the accommodating cavity through the driving hole and is in transmission connection with the outer ring; the framework oil seal is arranged between the enclosure bulkhead and the outer ring; the first sealing ring is arranged between the base plate and the inner ring of the slewing bearing; and the second sealing ring is sleeved on the steering driving piece. According to the technical scheme, on the premise that the boundary dimension of the steering device is not increased too much, the periphery and the bottom of the whole slewing bearing are both connected with the outside in a sealed mode, and the IP55 waterproof and dustproof grade can be achieved on the whole.

    本发明公开一种转向装置、舵轮和机器人,转向装置包括保护壳、回转支承、转向驱动件、骨架油封、第一密封圈及第二密封圈,保护壳包括基板和设置于基板的周缘的围壁,基板与围壁一体成型设置并共同配合形成有容纳腔,基板贯穿设置有连通容纳腔的通孔和驱动孔;回转支承设于容纳腔,其内圈可拆地设于基板,其外圈与围壁之间形成有转动间隙;转向驱动件的驱动轴通过驱动孔伸入容纳腔内与外圈传动连接;骨架油封设于围壁与外圈之间;第一密封圈设于基板与回转支承的内圈之间;第二密封圈套设于转向驱动件。本发明技术方案在未过多增大转向装置的外形尺寸的前提下,使整个回转支承的周部和底部均与外界密封连接,有利于整体达到IP55防水防尘等级。
