The invention discloses a train bearing state diagnosis system and method, and the system comprises a plurality of sensors installed on a train bearing, the sensors on the same bearing are connected to the same concentrator, the concentrator carries out the power supply in a unified manner, and the detection data of the sensors are transmitted to the concentrator in the form of an electric signal; the concentrators are provided with different node ID numbers for each accessed sensor channel, and the node ID numbers in different concentrators are different from one another; after the concentrator converts the electric signal input by each path of sensor into an RS485 communication signal, the RS485 communication signal is accessed into a conversion gateway at the rear end, and the RS485 communication signal is accessed into an upper computer system through the conversion gateway; the state of the train bearing is diagnosed through the diagnosis model in the upper computer system; the diagnosis model is obtained through improvement on the basis of a deep residual shrinkage network model. The method disclosed by the invention is higher in diagnosis result accuracy and is more suitable for a working environment on a train.

    本发明公开了一种列车轴承状态诊断系统及方法,系统包括安装于列车轴承上的数个传感器,同一轴承上的传感器接入到同一台集线器中,由集线器统一进行供电,传感器的检测数据以电信号的形式传入集线器中;集线器为每个接入的传感器通道配备了不同的节点ID号,不同集线器中的节点ID号互不相同;集线器将每一路传感器输入的电信号都转换为RS485通讯信号后,接入到后端的转换网关中,由转换网关接入到上位机系统中;在上位机系统中通过诊断模型对列车轴承的状态进行诊断;所述诊断模型是在深度残差收缩网络模型的基础上改进得到的。本发明所公开的方法诊断结果准确率更高,更适用于列车上的工作环境。
