The invention relates to a method for calibrating the wheel diameter of a vehicle, a storage medium and electronic equipment, a plurality of transponders are arranged on a driving route of the vehicle, and the method comprises the steps that for each target transponder on the route, under the condition that the vehicle passes through the target transponder, position information corresponding to the target transponder is acquired, and the position information corresponding to the target transponder is acquired; the target transponder comprises other transponders after a preset initial transponder in the plurality of transponders in the driving direction of the vehicle; whether the current wheel diameter value of the vehicle needs to be calibrated or not is determined according to the position information; under the condition that it is determined that the current wheel diameter value needs to be calibrated, the number of first wheel rotation circles, corresponding to a first test section, of the vehicle is obtained, and the first test section is a section between the target transponder and a next transponder adjacent to the target transponder; and calibrating the current wheel diameter value according to the number of turns of rotation of the first wheel.
