The tire pressure recognition device is used for being connected with a tire and comprises a shell, a pressure assembly and a monitoring assembly, the shell is provided with a containing space, at least part of the containing space is used for being communicated with the interior of the tire, the pressure assembly is installed in the containing space and comprises an air pressure balance part, and the monitoring assembly is located in the containing space. The monitoring assembly comprises a magnetic part and a signal assembly, the magnetic part is installed on the inner wall of the containing space, the signal assembly is installed on the air pressure balance part, and the air pressure balance part is used for driving the signal assembly to generate displacement in the containing space relative to the magnetic part when the tire pressure changes, so that the signal assembly generates a tire pressure monitoring signal. According to the tire pressure recognition device and the vehicle provided by the invention, the problem that the monitoring precision and timeliness of tire pressure recognition are not enough is solved by recognizing the change of the magnetic field, so that a user is reminded when the tire pressure of the vehicle is changed, and the safety of the vehicle is improved.
