The invention discloses a vehicle tire pressure detection unit and a vehicle tire pressure detection device. The detection unit comprises a pressure rod which is arranged in a shell of the vehicle tire pressure detection device and moves back and forth along the axis direction, and a base provided with an indicator mounting part and a supporting part, wherein a conductive part is arranged at one end of the pressure rod; the indicator mounting part is provided with an electrode contact; the supporting part is provided with a contact piece which is electrically connected with the electrode contact; and when the pressure rod moves to a certain position range, the conductive part is fitted with the contact piece to form electric contact. The vehicle tire pressure detection unit has the advantages of low cost, few parts, convenience in carrying and mounting, reliable performance and the like; and the vehicle tire pressure detection unit is fixed on a valve core so that whether the pressure in a tire is in a normal range or not can be directly known, and the utilization is very convenient.
