The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted power electronic transformer structure and an operation control method thereof, the vehicle-mounted power electronic transformer structure comprises an MMC-H bridge DC-DC converter and a three-phase inverter, the MMC-H bridge DC-DC converter comprises a converter based on modular multilevel at a primary side, an LLC resonant converter at a secondary side and an intermediate frequency transformer, the positive electrode of the input side of the MMC-H bridge DC-DC converter is connected with a direct-current traction network through a high-speed circuit breaker QF1, the negative electrode of the input side of the MMC-H bridge DC-DC converter is connected with a grounding steel rail, and the output side of the MMC-H bridge DC-DC converter is connected with the input side of the three-phase inverter, so that medium-high voltage direct-current electric energy is converted into low-voltage direct-current electric energy; the output side of the three-phase inverter is connected with the input side of the traction motor so as to convert direct-current electric energy into alternating-current electric energy and supply the alternating-current electric energy to the traction motor. Stable and reliable operation of the vehicle-mounted power electronic transformer can be achieved, meanwhile, the size and weight of the vehicle-mounted transformer are effectively reduced, and the electric energy quality is improved.

    本发明公开了一种车载电力电子变压器结构及其运行控制方法,车载电力电子变压器结构包括:MMC‑H桥DC‑DC变换器和三相逆变器,MMC‑H桥DC‑DC变换器包括一次侧的基于模块化多电平的变换器、二次侧的LLC谐振变换器,以及中频变压器,MMC‑H桥DC‑DC变换器的输入侧正极经高速断路器QF1与直流牵引网相连,其输入侧负极与接地钢轨相连,其输出侧与三相逆变器的输入侧相连,以将中高压直流电能变换为电压较低的直流电能;三相逆变器的输出侧与牵引电机的输入侧连接,以将直流电能转换为交流电能并供给牵引电机。本发明能够实现车载电力电子变压器稳定可靠运行的同时有效减轻车载变压器的体积和重量,提高电能质量。
