The invention discloses a maglev train and a suspension frame wiring device thereof.The suspension frame wiring device is arranged between an upper-layer electromagnet and a lower-layer electromagnet and comprises a first threading hole, a second threading hole, a branching frame fixedly arranged on the upper-layer electromagnet and at least one wire harness set penetrating through the branching frame from top to bottom in the vertical direction; the first threading hole is formed among the upper-layer electromagnet, the supporting arm and the apron board, and the second threading hole is formed among the lower-layer electromagnet, the supporting arm and the apron board. Each wire harness of each wire harness group is dispersed by the wire distributing frame and then longitudinally penetrates through the first wire penetrating hole until extending to be connected with any upper-layer controller arranged on the upper-layer electromagnet, or longitudinally penetrates through the second wire penetrating hole until extending to be connected with any lower-layer controller arranged on the lower-layer electromagnet; each wire harness can pass through a fixed area under the guidance of the branching frame and the threading hole, the wiring path is clear, the problems of crossing, disorder, signal interference and the like of the wire harnesses in the wiring process are solved, and the repair and the maintenance are convenient.

    本发明公开一种磁浮列车及其悬浮架布线装置,悬浮架布线装置设于上层电磁铁和下层电磁铁之间,悬浮架布线装置包括第一穿线孔、第二穿线孔、固设于上层电磁铁的分线架及至少一组沿垂向自上而下穿过分线架的线束组,第一穿线孔形成于上层电磁铁、托臂及裙板之间,第二穿线孔形成于下层电磁铁、托臂及裙板之间。每组线束组的每根线束经分线架分散后沿纵向穿过第一穿线孔直至延伸至与上层电磁铁所设的任一上层控制器相连,或沿纵向穿过第二穿线孔直至延伸至与下层电磁铁所设的任一下层控制器相连,使每根线束在分线架及穿线孔的引导下能通过固定区域,布线路径清晰,克服线束在布线过程中发生的交叉、混乱、信号干扰等问题,方便检修维护。
