The invention provides an urban area traffic management method and system. The urban area traffic management method comprises the steps of selecting corresponding bayonet equipment at an entrance and exit road section of a boundary road of a preset area; obtaining a first precipitation amount of the traffic flow in and out within a preset time through a bayonet device; obtaining a second precipitation amount of the vehicles in the parking lot in the preset area within the preset time; according to the first precipitation amount, obtaining the precipitation amount saturation degree in the current time period; according to the first precipitation amount and the second precipitation amount, the total vehicle number saturation is obtained; and performing traffic management on the preset area according to the precipitation saturation and the total vehicle number saturation. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that accurate statistics of the traffic flow is realized by adopting the ground bayonet equipment; by introducing the data of the ground parking lot, the accuracy of the data is improved; the time of a single statistical period is prolonged, so that the influence of part of vehicles on the data accuracy is avoided.

    本发明提供了一种城市区域交通管理方法及系统,包括:在预设区域的边界道路的出入口路段选择对应的卡口设备;通过卡口设备,得到预设时间内的进出车流量的第一沉淀量;获得预设区域内的停车场在预设时间内车辆的第二沉淀量;根据第一沉淀量,得到当前时间段内的沉淀量饱和度;根据第一沉淀量和第二沉淀量,得到总车辆数饱和度;根据沉淀量饱和度和总车辆数饱和度,对预设区域进行交通管理。与现有技术相比,本发明通过采用地面卡口设备的方式,实现了精确的对车流量的统计;通过引入地面停车场的数据,从而提高了数据的准确性;通过将单个统计周期时间拉长,从而避免了部分车辆对数据准确性的影响。
