    本发明公开了一种漂浮式风力机基础及海上漂浮式风力机,包括浮筒、复合式阻尼器、连接板和控制系统,所述浮筒有多个,并呈正多边形等间距排列,相邻两个浮筒之间通过连接板活动连接,每个浮筒内设置有复合式阻尼器,所述控制系统与复合式阻尼器连接,通过控制系统控制复合式阻尼器从而实现漂浮式风力机阻尼的动态调节。本发明能够有效地降低漂浮式风力机运动响应幅值,从而可以降低基础浮体和系泊系统受力,降低基础设计要求,减少基础材料用量,减少施工造价,达到降本效果。
