The invention belongs to the technical field of wind power, and discloses a floating type offshore wind turbine anti-typhoon structure. The structure comprises: a controller, a wind measuring radar and an electronic gyroscope which are installed on a wind turbine generator; electric valves arranged on the upper side and the lower side of each buoy; a high-pressure air pump mounted in a fan tower barrel, and communicating with the interior of each buoy through an air guide pipe. The wind measuring radar, the electronic gyroscope, the electric valves and the high-pressure air pump are all connected with the controller. The invention further discloses a floating type offshore wind turbine comprising the floating type offshore wind turbine and a control method therefor; the controller analyzes and judges according to signals of the wind measuring radar and the electronic gyroscope, determines whether the height of the wind turbine needs to be increased or decreased and sends instructions to the electric valve, the high-pressure air pump and the like; the electric valve and the high-pressure air pump conduct corresponding actions after receiving the instructions, so as to drive the fan to descend and ascend, so that the floating type wind turbine generator system can automatically dive when a typhoon comes, the damage of the typhoon to the wind turbine generator system is greatly reduced, and therefore the requirement for the redundancy strength of the wind turbine generator system is reduced.
