The invention discloses a microgravity experiment gravity adjustment control system which comprises a microgravity simulation subsystem used for providing a microgravity environment for an experiment sample; the gravity control subsystem is used for performing parameter setting on the microgravity simulation subsystem and adjusting the gravity of the experimental environment through parameter setting; and the rotation compensation subsystem is used for performing external force compensation on the microgravity simulation subsystem in the experiment process. The double-shaft gyrator and the random positioning instrument are arranged at the same time, microgravity experiment research of different types of biological cells can be met, and meanwhile the gravity requirement of an experiment sample in a microgravity environment is met by conducting parameter adjustment and external force compensation on the experiment process.
