The invention provides an elevator taking method, device and equipment and a medium. The method comprises the steps that an elevator calling request of a robot is forwarded to an elevator control system; based on the state information, fed back by the robot, of the personnel in the surrounding preset range, whether an event hindering the robot from taking the elevator occurs or not is pre-judged; based on the event type, determining a coping strategy of the robot; and controlling the robot to execute a corresponding coping strategy based on the event type. By the adoption of the technical scheme, when the robot takes the elevator, the robot can be prevented from conflicting with human behaviors; according to the state information, detected by the robot, of the personnel in the surrounding preset range, an event which possibly occurs and hinders the robot from taking the elevator is pre-judged, and then the robot is controlled to execute a coping strategy for avoiding conflicts according to the event type. In a man-machine coexistence environment, the influence of human dynamic behaviors on normal operation of the robot is reduced, the safety of the robot is guaranteed, and the elevator taking efficiency of the robot is improved.

    本公开提供了一种电梯乘坐方法、装置、设备及介质。该方法包括:向电梯控制系统转发机器人的呼梯请求;基于所述机器人反馈的周围预设范围内的人员的状态信息,预判是否发生阻碍所述机器人乘梯的事件;基于事件类型,确定所述机器人的应对策略;基于所述事件类型,控制所述机器人执行对应的应对策略。采用本发明的技术方案,在机器人乘梯时,能够避免与人类行为发生冲突;根据机器人检测的周围预设范围内的人员的状态信息,预判可能发生的阻碍机器人乘梯的事件,进而依据事件类型控制所述机器人执行避免冲突的应对策略。实现了在人机共存的环境中,减少人类动态行为对机器人正常运行的影响,不仅保证了机器人的安全,还提升了机器人的乘梯效率。
