The invention relates to a dry dock self-positioning pier falling method based on a lifting docking block device, which comprises the following steps of: selecting six groups of positioning piers in lifting docking blocks arranged in a matrix by adopting a pier arrangement scheme generated by an ashore calculation control unit, and determining a compensation height T according to a ship state and a ship size when a ship enters the dock; the six sets of positioning piers are lifted to the set height H1 + the compensation height T; the middle longitudinal girder pier in the bottom area of the flat ship is lifted, the dock chamber starts to continuously drain water, and oil pressure signals of all the positioning piers and the middle longitudinal girder pier are collected and monitored in real time and fed back to the shore calculation control unit; the lifting docking blocks in the flat ship bottom area are all lifted to the set height H, so that the ship is in a semi-pier-sitting state; and when water is drained until the ship completely falls on a pier, the transverse inclination state and the longitudinal inclination state of the ship are read, whether the construction requirement is met or not is judged, accumulated water in a dock chamber is drained, an additional fixed supporting lifting docking block is tightened, and therefore the ship completes autonomous positioning and pier falling in the dock.

    本发明涉及一种基于有升降坞墩装置的干船坞自主定位落墩方法,其步骤为:采用岸上计算控制单元已生成的排墩方案,选择矩阵排列的升降坞墩中的六组定位墩,按船舶进坞时船态和船舶尺寸确定补偿高度T,升起六组定位墩高度至设定高度H1+补偿高度T;升起平船底区的中纵桁墩,坞室开始持续排水,实时采集监测各定位墩和中纵桁墩油压信号并反馈至岸上计算控制单元;平船底区的升降坞墩全部升起至设定高度H,使船舶处于半坐墩状态;读取船舶横倾、纵倾船态,判断是否满足施工要求,待排水至船舶完全落墩时,读取船舶横倾、纵倾船态,判断是否满足施工要求,排干坞室积水,抄紧额外的固定支撑升降坞墩,至此,船舶在船坞内完成自主定位落墩。
