The invention discloses a light-weight torque reducing structure suitable for the front end of a forward-turning type engine hood. The light-weight torque reducing structure comprises a base assembly fixed to the front end of a frame and a cross beam assembly with the middle end rotationally connected with the base assembly. The tops of the two ends of the cross beam assembly are hinged to the front end of the engine hood through hinge pieces. When the frame twists due to bumpy road surfaces, the torsion angle of the cross beam assembly is smaller than that of the frame due to limitation of the buffer mechanism, and therefore the purpose of reducing torsion deformation of the engine hood is achieved. The cross beam assembly comprises a cross beam, a first U-shaped reinforcing piece and a triangular connecting piece, and the cross beam, the first U-shaped reinforcing piece and the triangular connecting piece are formed by laying corresponding layers of composite materials according to different angles; the base assembly comprises a base and a second U-shaped reinforcing piece, and the second U-shaped reinforcing piece supports the base to improve the structural strength of the base. According to the torsion reducing structure, through the lightweight design of the cross beam assembly and the base assembly, the overall weight is greatly reduced under the condition that the structural strength is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种适用于前翻式发动机罩前端的轻量化减扭结构,包括固定于车架前端的底座总成,中间端与底座总成转动连接的横梁总成;横梁总成两端顶部通过铰接件与发动机罩前端铰接,两端底部与缓冲机构抵触。当车架因路面颠簸发生扭转时,由于缓冲机构限制,使横梁总成扭转角度小于车架扭转角度,从而到达减小发动机罩扭转变形的目的。本发明中,横梁总成包括横梁、第一U型加强件及三角连接件,三者采用复合材料按照不同角度进行铺设相应层数后形成;底座总成包括底座及第二U型加强件,第二U型加强件对底座进行支撑提高其结构强度。本发明的减扭结构,通过横梁总成和底座总成的轻量化设计,在保证结构强度的情况下大大降低了整体重量。
