The invention discloses an electric driving system of a wide-body mining heavy-load vehicle, which comprises a chassis frame, a front axle, a middle axle and a rear axle, a first wheel-side motor and a second wheel-side motor are mounted on the middle axle, a driving shaft of the first wheel-side motor is connected with a first wheel-side speed reducer, and a driving shaft of the second wheel-side motor is connected with a second wheel-side speed reducer; the rear axle motor is fixed on the chassis frame; the automatic transmission is fixed on the chassis frame, an output shaft of the rear axle motor is connected with an input shaft of the automatic transmission, and an output shaft of the automatic transmission is connected with an input shaft of a rear axle speed reducer on the rear axle; the rear axle differential mechanism is fixed to the rear axle, an input shaft of the rear axle differential mechanism is connected with an output shaft of the rear axle speed reducer, and two output shafts of the rear axle differential mechanism are connected with a third hub speed reducer and a fourth hub speed reducer respectively. The electric driving system adopts multi-axle driving, not only is simple in structure, but also can realize no power interruption during gear shifting in the climbing process.
本发明公开了一种宽体矿用重载车辆的电驱动系统,包括:底盘车架,其上固定有前桥、中桥和后桥;中桥上安装有第一轮边电机、第二轮边电机,第一轮边电机的驱动轴连接有第一轮边减速器,第二轮边电机的驱动轴连接有第二轮边减速器;后桥电机,其固定在底盘车架上;自动变速器,其固定在底盘车架上,后桥电机的输出轴与自动变速器的输入轴连接,自动变速器的输出轴与后桥上的后桥减速器的输入轴连接;后桥差速器,其固定在后桥上,后桥差速器的输入轴与后桥减速器的输出轴连接,后桥差速器的两个输出轴分别连接有第三轮边减速器和第四轮边减速器。该电驱动系统采用多桥驱动,不仅结构简单,而且可实现爬坡过程中换挡时无动力中断。
