The power consumption optimization method comprises the steps that mode data of the Bluetooth tire pressure sensor are obtained, and the mode data of the Bluetooth tire pressure sensor are determined according to the tire acceleration; and determining a power consumption optimization strategy of the Bluetooth processor according to the mode data of the Bluetooth tire pressure sensor. Therefore, the power consumption of the Bluetooth tire pressure sensor can be reduced and optimized, and the service life of the Bluetooth tire pressure sensor is prolonged.
