The invention provides an active short circuit device for an electric drive system, a control method of the active short circuit device and a vehicle. The active short-circuit circuit device comprises a power module, the input end of the power module is connected with a power source of the vehicle, the output end of the power module is connected with the three-phase input end of the motor, and the power module is used for converting output current of the power source into three-phase current of the motor; the active short-circuit auxiliary module is arranged between the output end of the power module and the three-phase input end of the motor; the active short-circuit auxiliary module has a working state and a closed state, when the active short-circuit auxiliary module is in the working state, the active short-circuit auxiliary module and the three-phase input end of the motor form a closed loop to achieve the active short-circuit function, and when the active short-circuit auxiliary module is in the closed state, the closed loop is closed. The output end of the power module is connected with the three-phase input end of the motor. According to the scheme, the initial temperature of the active short-circuit auxiliary module is low, and the over-temperature problem is not prone to occurring after the active short-circuit auxiliary module enters the active short-circuit state.

    本发明提供了一种用于电驱动系统的主动短路电路装置及其控制方法、车辆。主动短路电路装置包括:功率模块,功率模块的输入端与车辆的电源连接,功率模块的输出端与电机的三相输入端连接,功率模块用于将电源的输出电流转换为电机的三相电流;主动短路辅助模块,主动短路辅助模块设置于功率模块的输出端与电机的三相输入端之间;主动短路辅助模块具有工作状态和关闭状态,主动短路辅助模块处于工作状态时,主动短路辅助模块与电机的三相输入端形成闭合回路,以实现主动短路功能,主动短路辅助模块处于关闭状态时,功率模块的输出端与电机的三相输入端接通。本方案中主动短路辅助模块的初始温度较低,进入主动短路状态后不易发生过温问题。
