The invention relates to the technical field of railway turnout switch machines, and discloses a double-ring moving contact group for a railway switch machine, which comprises a moving contact block, and three rotating center shafts are uniformly mounted on the moving contact block. A middle supporting table, a lower movable point ring shaft, an upper movable point ring shaft and an anti-disengaging shaft are sequentially arranged on the portion, extending out of the movable contact block, of the rotating center shaft from bottom to top, a lower movable point ring and an upper movable point ring which are matched with the lower movable point ring shaft and the upper movable point ring shaft in outer diameter are rotationally assembled on the lower movable point ring shaft and the upper movable point ring shaft respectively, and an anti-disengaging mechanism is installed on the anti-disengaging shaft. The upper movable point ring and the lower movable point ring are assembled on the rotating center shaft, so that the formed movable contact group is combined with the static contact group on the railway switch machine to form a multi-point contact and parallel circuit form, when a certain circuit is in poor contact, an access can be formed, meanwhile, the situation that the contacts are instantaneously disengaged due to vibration can be avoided, and the service life of the railway switch machine is prolonged. Therefore, interlocking failure is avoided, and the failure rate is greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及铁路道岔转辙机技术领域,公开了一种铁路转辙机用双环动接点组,包括动接点块,所述动接点块上均匀安装有三个旋转中心轴,所述旋转中心轴伸出动接点块的部分由下向上依次为中部支撑台、下动点环轴、上动点环轴以及防脱轴,所述下动点环轴、上动点环轴上分别转动装配有与两者外径适配的下动点环以及上动点环,所述防脱轴上安装有防脱机构。本发明在旋转中心轴上装配有上动点环以及下动点环,以此组成的动接点组与铁路转辙机上的静接点组结合,形成多点接触、并联电路形式,当某一电路接触不良时,还能形成通路,同时还能避免振动造成接点瞬间脱开情况的发生,从而避免造成联锁失效故障情况的发生,故障率大大降低。
