The invention discloses a highway accident severity prediction method based on secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and the method comprises the steps: determining a factor set which influences the severity of a highway accident according to a highway accident data set, classifying the factor set into a primary factor set and a secondary factor set, and carrying out the coding; calculating an evaluation matrix according to the ratio of each factor in three types of accidents of death, injury and property loss; calculating weights of different factors, and calculating a weight set of each factor according to the proportion of each factor in the accident number; the factor set, the weight set and the evaluation matrix are used, evaluation results of different second-level factors are calculated based on a fuzzy set operation rule, and finally a final second-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result is solved by combining the weights of different first-level factors; and a highway accident severity prediction result is obtained. The highway accident severity prediction method fully considers the factors influencing the accident and the fuzzy relation between the factors, and can rapidly and accurately predict the highway accident severity.

    本发明公开一种基于二级模糊综合评价的高速公路事故严重程度预测方法,包括:根据高速公路事故数据集确定影响高速公路事故严重程度的因素集,将因素集分类为一级和二级因素集,并进行编码;根据各因素在死亡、受伤、财产损失三类事故中的比值计算评价矩阵;计算不同因素的权重,根据各因素在事故数量中的占比计算各因素权重集;使用因素集以及权重集和评价矩阵,基于模糊集合运算规则,分别计算不同二级因素的评价结果,最终结合不同一级因素之间的权重求二级模糊综合评价最终结果;进而得到高速公路事故严重程度预测结果。本发明充分考虑影响事故因素以及因素之间的模糊关系,可以快速且准确的对高速公路事故严重程度进行预测。
