The invention provides a hydraulic supporting leg leveling device, a floating type tower crane and a control method of the floating type tower crane. The hydraulic supporting leg leveling device comprises a supporting leg upper structure, a hydraulic oil cylinder, a hydraulic oil cylinder piston rod, a leveling nut, a driving mechanism, a supporting leg lower structure, a ball head supporting rod and a ball head seat. The top end of the outer portion of the supporting leg upper structure is used for a bottom frame structure of the floating type tower crane, the hydraulic oil cylinder is arranged in an inner cavity of the supporting leg upper structure, external threads of the leveling nut are connected with internal threads of the supporting leg upper structure, and the driving mechanism is fixedly connected with the supporting leg lower structure and connected with the leveling nut through the transmission mechanism. The driving mechanism is used for driving the leveling nut to rotate so as to adjust the landing leg upper structure to ascend or descend. According to the invention, the purpose that the whole machine floats above hydraulic pressure is achieved through an up-and-down separated supporting leg structure and an integrated hydraulic leveling device, so that the leveling function of the tower crane is easy to realize; by means of the principle of communicating vessels, hydraulic oil flows in the four oil cylinders in a sealed mode, and linkage leveling of the four oil cylinders is achieved.

    本发明提供液压支腿调平装置、浮动式塔机及其控制方法。液压支腿调平装置,包括:支腿上部结构、液压油缸、液压油缸活塞杆、调平螺母、驱动机构、支腿下部结构、球头撑杆和球头座;支腿上部结构外部顶端用于浮动式塔机的底架结构,液压油缸设于支腿上部结构的内腔,调平螺母的外螺纹与支腿上部结构的内螺纹连接,驱动机构与支腿下部结构固定连接,驱动机构通过传动机构连接调平螺母,驱动机构用于驱动调平螺母转动,从而调节支腿上部结构升高或下降。本发明通过上下分离式支腿结构,集成液压调平装置,达到整机漂浮于液压之上的目的,使得塔机调平功能易于实现;利用连通器原理,液压油封闭在四油缸中流动,实现四油缸联动调平。
