The invention discloses a platform anti-falling device which comprises an eccentric wheel, a limiting block and a lifting connector, the lifting connector is provided with a strip-shaped hole extending in the moving direction of the lifting connector, the limiting block is inserted into the strip-shaped hole and is in sliding fit with the strip-shaped hole in the extending direction of the strip-shaped hole, and a reset spring for pulling down the lifting connector is connected between the lifting connector and a platform. The platform is matched with a sliding rail mechanism in sliding fit with the platform, the eccentric wheel is in transmission connection with the lifting connector and provided with a separation part and an extrusion part which are sequentially arranged in the circumferential direction, the extrusion part is extruded on the sliding rail mechanism after moving downwards along with the lifting connector and rotating of the eccentric wheel, and the separation part directly faces the sliding rail mechanism after moving upwards along with the lifting connector and rotating of the eccentric wheel. According to the anti-falling device, the lifting connector is arranged on the platform and arranged at an interval with the sliding rail mechanism, the action that the eccentric wheel abuts against the sliding rail mechanism can be rapidly completed through the lifting connector under the pulling action of the reset spring before the platform action, then it is guaranteed that the platform does not move downwards any more, and the delay of anti-falling work in the prior art is avoided.
