The invention discloses a flight electric drive fault processing method and device and an electric aircraft, the method is applied to the electric aircraft, the electric aircraft comprises an electric drive system, and the method comprises the following steps: recording the number of faults of the electric drive system under the condition that the fault of the electric drive system is detected; and under the condition that the fault frequency is smaller than or equal to the preset frequency, the electric drive system is restarted. According to the embodiment of the invention, while the real-time performance of flight electric drive fault processing is ensured, electric drive system faults caused by abnormal interference can be avoided.
