The invention belongs to the technical field of battery heating, and particularly relates to a battery self-heating control method and system and a vehicle. Battery self-heating control comprises a built-in heating mode and an external heating mode, the built-in heating mode is motor heating, a capacitor of a motor controller in motor heating is set to be an adjustable capacitor, the capacity of the adjustable capacitor is reduced during parking heating, and the capacity of the adjustable capacitor is increased during driving heating. By arranging the adjustable capacitor and the capacitor adjusting strategy of the adjustable capacitor, when the motor works normally, the capacitor of the motor controller can absorb the high pulse current at the bus end of the motor controller and weaken the peak voltage of the bus, and meanwhile, the small capacitor can be adopted during parking heating, so that the service life of the motor is prolonged. The situation that the average value of bus current is weakened and the self-heating rate is reduced due to the fact that the capacitor of the motor controller absorbs excessive current is avoided, and then the heating efficiency of parking heating is improved.

    本发明属于电池加热技术领域,具体涉及一种电池自加热控制方法及系统、车辆。电池自加热控制包括内置式加热方式与外置式加热方式,内置式加热方式为电机加热,通过将电机加热中的电机控制器的电容设置为可调电容,并且在驻车加热时,减小可调电容的容量,在行车加热时,增大可调电容的容量。通过设置可调电容,以及上述可调电容的电容调节策略,满足了电机正常工作时,电机控制器的电容起到吸收电机控制器母线端的高脉冲电流,削弱母线的尖峰电压的同时,能够满足在驻车加热时,采用小电容,避免了电机控制器的电容吸收过多的电流,会削弱母线电流的平均值,降低自加热速率,进而提高了驻车加热的加热效率。
