The invention discloses an electric vehicle air conditioning system, a control method and a vehicle, and relates to the field of electric automobiles. On one hand, the air conditioning system comprises a PTC thermal circulation loop and a motor cooling loop, and the PTC thermal circulation loop is connected with an expansion water tank of the motor cooling loop through a communicating pipeline; the communicating pipeline is configured to connect the expansion water tank of the motor cooling loop to the PTC thermal circulation loop in series when the PTC thermal circulation loop is used for heating the cab and the water temperature of the PTC thermal circulation loop is smaller than the set temperature. On the second aspect, the control method is implemented through the air conditioning system and comprises the following steps that when the PTC thermal circulation loop is used for heating the cab, and the water temperature of the PTC thermal circulation loop is smaller than the set temperature, the expansion water tank of the motor cooling loop is connected into the PTC thermal circulation loop in series through the communicating pipeline. The invention further provides the vehicle comprising the air conditioning system. A PTC thermal circulation loop and a motor cooling loop share one expansion water tank, so that the space of a vehicle is increased.
