The invention relates to the technical field of wind power bearings, in particular to a wind power generation bearing ring turnover device which comprises a hanging bracket, adjusting vertical plates are movably mounted on the two sides of the hanging bracket, a supporting plate is fixedly mounted at the bottoms of the adjusting vertical plates and used for supporting a bearing ring, and a first sliding seat and an inner groove are formed in the two sides of the upper surface of the supporting plate correspondingly. A back plate is mounted on the first sliding seat in a sliding manner; compared with the prior art, the lifting frame is provided with the adjusting vertical plates, the supporting plates, the first sliding seats, the back plates, the inner grooves, the first turning plates, the elastic hinge seats, the inserting rods and the inserting holes, the two supporting plates can be arranged at the bottom of a bearing ring, the adjusting vertical plates are driven to move in the opposite directions, the two back plates are driven to extrude the bearing ring, and the back plates horizontally move; therefore, the first turning plate can limit the inner side of the bearing ring after being popped out, automatic clamping of the bearing ring is achieved, manual operation is not needed, simplicity and convenience are achieved, and the turnover hoisting efficiency of the bearing ring is improved.

    本发明涉及风电轴承技术领域,具体为一种风力发电用轴承圈的周转装置,包括吊架,所述吊架的两侧均活动安装有调节立板,所述调节立板的底部固定安装有托板,用于轴承圈的支撑,所述托板上表面的两侧位置分别设有第一滑座和内槽,且第一滑座上滑动安装有背板;与现有技术相比,本发明通过在吊架设置调节立板、托板、第一滑座、背板、内槽、第一翻板、弹力铰接座、插杆和插孔,可以将两个托板置于轴承圈的底部,并驱动调节立板相对方向移动,带动两个背板对轴承圈进行挤压,使得背板发生水平位移,从而使第一翻板可以弹出后对轴承圈的内侧进行限位,实现了对轴承圈的自动夹持,无需人工操作,简单方便,提升轴承圈的周转吊装效率。
