The invention provides a lifting appliance for lifting multiple fan blades in series and a use method of the lifting appliance. The lifting appliance comprises a main body frame, blade clamping mechanisms, clamps, a control station and magneto-rheological damping limiting baffles, the blade clamping mechanism is located on the inner side of the main body frame, a C-shaped frame of the blade clamping mechanism is fixedly connected with the main body frame, and a clamping plate is controlled to ascend and descend through a hydraulic cylinder; the clamp is installed on the clamping plate and used for controlling clamping of the blade, and the hydraulic cylinder controls ascending and descending of the clamp. The magneto-rheological damping limiting baffles are arranged on extending frames at the two ends of the main body frame and used for horizontal positioning when the blade is clamped. The control station is installed on the main body frame and used for providing needed energy and accurately controlling the clamping force. The lifting appliance is large in variable pitch range, variable pitch can be carried out in the blade lifting process, the requirement for the blade mounting angle can be met, and blade mounting is facilitated; and secondly, the lifting appliance can load and lift three fan blades at the same time, the efficiency is improved, and the construction period requirement is met.

    本发明提供一种多风机叶片串联吊装吊具及其使用方法,包括主体框架、叶片夹持机构、夹具、控制站、磁流变阻尼限位挡板;所述叶片夹持机构位于主体框架内侧,其C型架与主体框架固定连接,利用液压缸对夹持板进行上升下落控制;所述夹具安装在夹持板上,用于控制夹持叶片,液压缸对夹具进行上升下落控制;所述磁流变阻尼限位挡板设置于主体框架的两端延伸架上,用于叶片夹持时的水平定位;所述控制站安装在主体框架上,用于提供所需能量并精确控制夹持力。本发明中的吊具变桨范围大,可在叶片吊装过程中进行变桨,可满足叶片安装角度的要求,便于叶片的安装;其次吊具可同时装载三个风机叶片进行吊装,提升效率,满足工期需求。
