The invention provides an intelligent measurement vehicle motion control system and control method, the system comprises an upper computer and a movable vehicle body connected with the upper computer, the vehicle body is provided with a battery, an industrial personal computer, an operation panel, a wireless emitter, a driving part, an obstacle detection part, a laser and a measurement part; the battery supplies power to the motion control system; the signal input end of the industrial personal computer is connected with the operation panel, and the driving part, the obstacle detection part, the laser and the measuring part are connected with the industrial personal computer; the industrial personal computer is wirelessly connected with the upper computer through the wireless transmitter; the invention aims to provide an intelligent measurement vehicle motion control system and a control method so as to provide a measurement vehicle which is suitable for field measurement, has the functions of laser marking and length measurement, supports wireless data transmission, can avoid obstacles, and enables a vehicle body to run stably.
