The invention provides a pipeline maglev vehicle braking method and system.The method comprises the steps that under the condition that a to-be-braked pipeline maglev vehicle travels in a preset braking part in a pipeline, air gates are sequentially opened in the traveling direction of the to-be-braked pipeline maglev vehicle, and the air gates through which the to-be-braked pipeline maglev vehicle passes are sequentially closed; and the to-be-braked pipeline magnetic levitation vehicle is braked under the resistance brought by flowing air due to the air pressure difference among the multiple braking intervals. Through the air pressure gradient formed among the multiple braking intervals, the pipeline maglev vehicle achieves gradual braking during inertial motion, the electric energy consumption of a linear motor for converting traction force into braking force is greatly reduced, energy consumption is reduced, meanwhile, conversion of a pipeline maglev traffic system from low vacuum to normal pressure is achieved, and the pipeline maglev traffic system is protected. By adjusting the number of the braking intervals, the braking distance and the braking curve can be controlled more flexibly.
本发明提供一种管道磁浮车辆制动方法及系统,该方法包括:在待制动管道磁浮车辆在管道内的预设制动部分内行驶的情况下,沿着待制动管道磁浮车辆的行驶方向,依次开启气闸门,并依次关闭待制动管道磁浮车辆已通过的气闸门,直至待制动管道磁浮车辆在多个制动区间之间的气压差造成的流动空气带来的阻力下完成制动。通过多个制动区间之间形成的气压梯度,使管道磁浮车辆在惯性运动的同时实现逐步制动,大幅度减低直线电机由牵引力转换为制动力的电能消耗,降低能源的消耗,同时实现管道磁浮交通系统由低真空到常压的转换,通过调整制动区间的数量,可以更灵活地控制制动距离和制动曲线。
