The invention discloses a control method and system for a vehicle magneto-rheological suspension. The method comprises the following steps: setting electrifying current corresponding to an electromagnetic coil in the vehicle magneto-rheological suspension under different types of working conditions; according to the throttle valve opening signal, the current working condition of the vehicle is judged so as to obtain the power-on current corresponding to an electromagnetic coil in the vehicle magneto-rheological suspension under the working condition; and controlling the magneto-rheological suspension of the vehicle through the obtained power-on current. The suspension performance is adjusted in real time according to different working conditions of the vehicle, the vibration isolation and limiting effect of the suspension is improved, the NVH performance and drivability of the whole vehicle are optimized, and the comfort of the vehicle is improved.
本发明公开了一种车辆磁流变悬置的控制方法及系统,其中该方法步骤:设置不同类型工况下车辆磁流变悬置中电磁线圈所对应的通电电流;根据节气门开度信号,判断车辆当前所处的工况,以获取所述工况下车辆磁流变悬置中电磁线圈所对应的通电电流;通过获取的通电电流,对车辆磁流变悬置进行控制。本申请根据车辆不同工作工况实时调整悬置性能,提升悬置的隔振限位效果,优化整车NVH性能和驾驶性,提高车辆舒适性。
