The invention provides a heat pump system of an electric vehicle. The heat pump system comprises a first in-vehicle heat exchanger, an air supply compressor, an intermediate heat exchanger, an ejector, a flash tank and an out-vehicle heat exchanger, by arranging the combination of the ejector and the flash tank, the refrigerating capacity of the system can be improved under the refrigerating working condition in summer, and the heat absorption capacity of the system from the environment can be increased under the heating working condition in winter; and through efficient coupling of the flash tank and the ejector, throttling loss can be reduced, power consumption of the air supply compressor can be reduced, and therefore the all-weather energy efficiency of the system is further improved, and the working temperature range and the high-temperature adaptability of the electric vehicle heat pump system are widened.
本发明提供一种电动车热泵系统,包括第一车内换热器、补气压缩机、中间换热器、喷射器、闪发罐以及车外换热器;通过设置喷射器和闪发罐的组合,在夏季制冷工况下,能够提高系统的制冷量,在冬季制热工况下,能够增加系统从环境中的吸热量;通过闪发罐与喷射器的高效耦合,不仅能降低节流损失,还能减小补气压缩机功耗,从而进一步提升系统全气候能效,拓宽了电动车热泵系统的工作温区与高温适应性。
