The invention belongs to the technical field of airplane deicing, and discloses a deicing fluid spraying angle control method and system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring environmental meteorological parameters, deicing fluid parameters and deicing nozzle configuration parameters, and giving an ice and snow coverage area, a nozzle position and an initial angle; calculating a spraying angle change range, and generating a spraying angle set; carrying out numerical calculation to generate deicing fluid temperature distribution and a flow track in a deicing fluid spraying process; calculating the corresponding energy consumption value under each injection angle, and generating an injection angle-energy consumption value database; and with the minimum energy consumption value as the target, the optimal spraying angle is screened out from the database. The control method has the advantages of being low in cost, easy to implement, high in anti-interference capacity and the like, the spraying angle of the deicing nozzle of the airplane can be optimized and regulated, the deicing efficiency is effectively improved, and the control method has good application prospects.

    本发明属于飞机除冰技术领域,公开了一种除冰液喷射角度控制方法及系统。该方法采集环境气象参数、除冰液参数及除冰喷嘴配置参数,给定冰雪覆盖面积、喷嘴位置及初始角度;计算喷射角度变化范围,生成喷射角度集合;数值计算生成除冰液喷射过程中除冰液温度分布及流动轨迹;计算各喷射角度下所对应能耗值,生成喷射角‑能耗值数据库;以能耗值最低为目标,在数据库中筛选出最优喷射角度。本发明所述控制方法具有成本低、易实施、抗干扰能力强等特点,可优化调控飞机除冰喷嘴喷射角度,有效提高除冰效率,具有较好的应用前景。
