The invention provides an installation method of a large shipborne satellite communication antenna, which comprises the following steps: firstly, obtaining a ship body structure with an antenna base, and inspecting the installation quality of the antenna base; the bottom end of the antenna base penetrates through a compass deck of a hull structure and is fixedly welded to a second deck below the compass deck, the upper end of the antenna base is located above the compass deck, and the antenna base and the compass deck are fixedly welded at the penetrating position; mounting an antenna housing base, and mounting antenna equipment after the antenna housing base is inspected to be qualified; according to the invention, the installation mode of the antenna base is optimized from the traditional mode of direct welding installation of the compass deck to the mode of welding installation of the antenna base and the second deck below the compass deck after penetrating through the compass deck, so that the load borne by the antenna base can be dispersedly transmitted to the compass deck and the second deck, and the installation stability of the large shipborne satellite communication antenna is ensured.
本发明提供一种大型船载卫通天线的安装方法,先获得带天线基座的船体结构,并对天线基座的安装质量进行检验;要求天线基座的底端贯穿船体结构的罗经甲板与罗经甲板下方的二甲板焊接固定,天线基座的上端位于罗经甲板上方,且天线基座与罗经甲板在贯穿处焊接固定;安装天线罩基座,并再检验合格后安装天线设备;由于本发明将天线基座的安装方式从传统的罗经甲板直接焊接安装优化为贯穿罗经甲板后与罗经甲板下方的二甲板焊接安装方式,使得天线基座承受的载荷可分散传递给罗经甲板与二甲板,保证大型船载卫通天线的安装稳定性。
