The invention discloses a battery operation monitoring system for a new energy sightseeing electric vehicle, which relates to the technical field of new energy batteries and comprises a data acquisition module, a data analysis module, a fault analysis module and a battery life evaluation module. The data acquisition module is used for acquiring the current during battery operation, the gas content generated during battery operation and the current capacity of the battery according to the data acquisition device, and judging the residual electric quantity of the electric quantity error according to the battery operation output parameters; the data analysis module analyzes the change of the battery temperature in the battery operation process according to the gas content generated by the battery operation, and controls the heat loss state of the battery; according to the method, the residual electric quantity of the battery of the new energy electric vehicle can be accurately fed back in an existing scheme, meanwhile, the heat loss state of the battery can be pre-warned, an operator is helped to locate a specific fault type, and the service life of the battery can be predicted.

    本发明公开了一种用于新能源观光电车的电池运行监测系统,涉及新能源电池技术领域,包括数据采集模块、数据分析模块、故障分析模块与电池寿命评估模块,数据采集模块根据数据采集装置采集电池运行时的电流、电池运行产生的气体含量与电池当前容量,以及根据电池运行输出参数判断电量误差的剩余电量;数据分析模块根据所述电池运行产生的气体含量分析电池运行过程中电池温度的变化,控制电池失热状态;本发明可以解决现有方案中能够精准反馈新能源电车电池的剩余电量,同时还能够对电池失热状态进行预警,帮助操作人员定位具体故障类型,还能够预测电池的使用寿命。
