The invention discloses a steel rail damage identification method and device, and relates to the technical field of nondestructive testing, and the method comprises the following steps: collecting historical steel rail detection data; marking the ultrasonic B display data according to the steel rail damage type to obtain a marking file; establishing a training set and a test set; a YOLOV7 model is constructed; the YOLOV7 model comprises a backbone network and a detection head; wherein the backbone network comprises a plurality of ELANs, and the plurality of ELANs output a plurality of feature maps with different sizes to the detection head; respectively utilizing the training set and the test set to train and test the YOLOV7 model to obtain a steel rail damage identification model; inputting to-be-identified steel rail detection data into the steel rail damage identification model, and outputting a steel rail damage identification result; the steel rail damage identification result comprises a steel rail damage position, a steel rail damage type and a steel rail damage value. According to the invention, steel rail damage identification precision, speed and efficiency can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种钢轨伤损识别方法及装置,涉及无损检测技术领域,其中该方法包括:收集历史钢轨检测数据;按钢轨伤损类型,对超声B显数据进行标注,得到标注文件;建立训练集和测试集;构建YOLOV7模型;所述YOLOV7模型包括骨干网络和检测头;其中,骨干网络包括多个ELAN,多个ELAN输出多个不同尺寸的特征图至检测头;分别利用训练集和测试集,对YOLOV7模型进行训练和测试,得到钢轨伤损识别模型;将待识别的钢轨检测数据输入钢轨伤损识别模型,输出钢轨伤损识别结果;所述钢轨伤损识别结果包括钢轨伤损位置、钢轨伤损类型、和钢轨伤损数值。本发明可以提高钢轨伤损识别精度、速度和效率。
