The invention provides an aircraft wing deformation monitoring method based on a fiber bragg grating sensing network, which comprises the following steps of: equally dividing an aircraft wing into n parts in the transverse direction and m parts in the longitudinal direction, and dividing the aircraft wing into n * m units; each unit is internally connected along a diagonal line, the aircraft wing is divided into 2 * (n * m) triangular monitoring units, and n is greater than m; the center of the incircle of each triangular monitoring unit is used as a strain monitoring point, gratings of the fiber bragg grating are pasted, and 2 * (n * m) gratings form a monitoring grating array; the spectrometer collects strain information of the strain monitoring points of the 2 * (n * m) triangular monitoring units and sends the strain information to the terminal data processor, and the overall deformation of the aircraft wing is reconstructed through an inverse finite element method. The aircraft wing deformation node reconstruction error is further reduced, aircraft wing deformation monitoring is more accurate, and the method has application prospects in the aspect of wing real-time shape monitoring.

    本发明提供了一种基于光纤光栅传感网络的飞行器机翼形变监测方法,包括:飞行器机翼沿横向进行n等分,沿纵向进行m等分,将飞行器机翼划分为n×m个单元;每个单元内沿对角线相连,将飞行器机翼换分为2×(n×m)个三角形监测单元,其中,n大于m;在每个三角监测单元的内接圆的圆心处作为应变监测点,粘贴光纤光栅的光栅,2×(n×m)个光栅构成监测光栅阵列;光谱仪采集2×(n×m)个三角监测单元的应变监测点的应变信息,并发送至终端数据处理器,通过逆有限元法对飞行器机翼的整体变形进行重构。本发明飞行器机翼形变节点重构误差进一步缩小,实现飞行器机翼形变监测更加准确,在机翼实时形状监测方面具有应用前景。
