The invention provides a tower arm anti-collision method and device, a tower body positioning terminal and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that lifting hook positioning information and tower top positioning information of a crane are obtained; according to the lifting hook positioning information, the tower top positioning information, and predetermined tower footing positioning information and tower arm length, calculating tower arm front end positioning information; the tower arm front end positioning information is transmitted to the tower crane cloud platform, a tower arm collision risk early warning result sent by the tower crane cloud platform is received, and the tower crane cloud platform is used for determining the tower arm collision risk of the crane according to the tower arm front end positioning information. Early warning of the collision risk of the tower arm can be achieved without installation at the front end of the tower arm, the difficulty of installation and equipment maintenance at the front end of the tower arm is reduced, and the collision detection sensitivity is high.
