The method comprises the following steps: establishing a derrick hoisting stress and deformation calculation model; derrick hoisting reinforcement and hoisting point arrangement meeting the preset precision requirement are determined through finite element cycle calculation; measuring derrick assembly precision control measurement data and derrick base precision data mounted on the drill floor surface; performing installation simulation on the derrick assembly precision measurement precision data and the derrick base precision data to obtain derrick base bolt trepanning data; mounting bolt holes are formed in the derrick base; and hoisting and mounting. According to the method, the hoisting deformation condition is simulated through finite elements, strengthening and anti-deformation measures are taken in advance, it is guaranteed that deformation is within the control range in the hoisting process, hole opening is conducted before installation according to finite element data, bolts are directly installed after hoisting, and the working hours and the docking period can be effectively saved.
本申请实施例公开一种钻台井架安装方法。该方法包括:建立井架吊装应力及变形计算模型;通过有限元循环计算,确定符合预设精度要求的井架吊装加强及吊点布置;测量井架组装精度控制测量数据及安装在钻台面上的井架底座精度数据;对井架组装精度测量精度数据与井架底座精度数据进行安装模拟,获得井架底座螺栓开孔数据;对井架底座开安装螺栓孔;吊装安装。该方法通过有限元模拟吊装变形情况,提前进行加强和反变形措施,保证吊装过程中变形在控制范围内,并根据有限元数据进行安装前先行开孔,吊装后直接安装螺栓,能够有效节约工时与坞期。
