The invention relates to a wheel-rail force measuring device and a wheel-rail force measuring method, and relates to the technical field of railway engineering. The wheel-rail force measuring device comprises a sensing assembly, a calibration assembly and a control assembly. The sensing assembly is arranged on the wheel rail and is provided with a transverse sensing unit and a vertical sensing unit; the calibration assembly comprises a transverse calibration unit and a vertical calibration unit, the transverse calibration unit is used for enabling the transverse sensing unit to generate a first sensing electric signal, and the vertical calibration unit is used for enabling the vertical sensing unit to generate a second sensing electric signal; the control assembly is electrically connected with the transverse sensing unit and the vertical sensing unit. In the calibration state, the control assembly receives the first sensing electric signal and the second sensing electric signal and monitors the safety state when the train passes through the wheel rail according to the first sensing electric signal and the second sensing electric signal. According to the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, the accuracy of the wheel-rail force measurement result can be improved, so that the fault condition of the train can be effectively monitored and diagnosed.

    本发明涉及一种轮轨力测量装置及测量方法,涉及铁路工程技术领域。本发明的轮轨力测量装置包括感测组件、标定组件以及控制组件;感测组件设置于轮轨上,感测组件具有横向感测单元与垂向感测单元;标定组件包括横向标定单元与垂向标定单元,横向标定单元用于使横向感测单元产生第一感测电信号,垂向标定单元用于使垂向感测单元产生第二感测电信号;控制组件分别与横向感测单元、垂向感测单元电连接;其中,在标定状态下,控制组件接收第一感测电信号与第二感测电信号,并根据第一感测电信号与第二感测电信号监测列车驶过轮轨时的安全状态。本申请所公开的技术方案能够提高轮轨力测量结果的准确性,以有效监测及诊断列车的故障情况。
