The invention discloses an aluminum alloy hub, a preparation method of an aluminum alloy material for the hub and a preparation control method.The preparation method comprises the steps that an aluminum ingot is added into a hub smelting mold, alloy components are added, and melting is conducted at the first preset temperature to obtain an aluminum alloy melt; cooling the aluminum alloy melt to a second preset temperature; the aluminum alloy melt is pressurized through a press machine, the freezing point of the aluminum alloy melt is increased to a preset physical freezing point, solidification is conducted, and a solidification material is obtained; uniformly cooling the solidified material, and recrystallizing the solidified material to obtain a casting blank material; the casting blank material is transferred from the hub smelting die to the hub forging and pressing die, the casting blank material is subjected to forging and pressing forming treatment through a press machine, the aluminum alloy material for the hub is obtained, the structure defects of cracks, air holes and the like in the manufacturing process of the casting blank material can be overcome so as to meet the requirements of the forging technology, and the mechanical property of the aluminum alloy material is improved; the technological process is shortened.
本申请公开一种铝合金轮毂、用于轮毂的铝合金材料制备方法及制备控制方法,本申请通过将铝锭加入轮毂熔炼模具中,并添加合金成分,在第一预设温度下进行熔融,得到铝合金熔体;将铝合金熔体冷却到第二预设温度;利用压力机对铝合金熔体进行加压,使铝合金熔体的凝固点提高至预设物理凝固点,并进行凝固,得到凝固材料;对凝固材料进行均匀冷却,使凝固材料进行再结晶,得到铸坯材料;将铸坯材料从轮毂熔炼模具转移至轮毂锻压模具,利用压力机对铸坯材料进行锻压成型处理,得到用于轮毂的铝合金材料,可以解决铸坯材料在制造过程中的裂纹、气孔等组织缺陷以满足锻造工艺的需求,提升铝合金材料的力学性能,缩短工艺流程。
