The invention provides a charging gun double-circulation cooling device and method. The charging gun double-circulation cooling device comprises a water pump, a water distribution unit, a liquid storage unit and a heat dissipation unit. Wherein the water pump comprises a first water pump and a second water pump. The first water pump, the water distribution unit and the liquid storage unit are sequentially connected to form a first circulation system. The second water pump, the heat dissipation unit and the liquid storage unit are sequentially connected to form a second circulation system. And the first circulating system and the second circulating system perform working medium exchange and heat exchange in the liquid storage unit. Cooling liquid of the dual-circulation cooling system can flow through the working unit of the circulation cooling system through the multiple loops, the liquid storage unit is ingeniously used as an exchange place of working media and heat between the first circulation and the second circulation, and the flow of the cooling liquid in the liquid storage unit is switched to different loops; the water resistance of the cooling liquid flowing through the loops is small, the operation pressure of parts in each loop is small, and the reliability of the charging gun cooling device is greatly improved.

    本发明提供了一种充电枪双循环冷却装置与冷却方法,包括:水泵、分水单元、液体储存单元和散热单元。其中,水泵包括第一水泵和第二水泵。第一水泵、分水单元和液体储存单元依次连接,组成第一循环系统。第二水泵、散热单元和液体储存单元依次连接,组成第二循环系统。第一循环系统和第二循环系统在液体储存单元内进行工质交换和热量交换。本发明使用的双循环冷却系统冷却液可以通过多条回路流经循环冷却系统的工作单元,而且巧妙的使用液体储存单元作为第一循环、第二循环之间的工质和热量的交换场所,冷却液在液体储存单元中流量切换到不同的回路,冷却液流经回路的水阻力小,各回路中的部件运行压力小,大大提升了充电枪冷却装置的可靠性。
