The invention provides a group tower construction supervision method, which comprises the following steps of: based on a construction progress requirement, a safety distance and an interference range, searching by adopting a greedy algorithm to obtain a plurality of tower crane lifting section numbers meeting the construction progress requirement and the safety distance and a scheme corresponding to a lifting time point; inputting the searched tower crane lifting section number and the scheme corresponding to the lifting time point into a genetic algorithm, further automatically optimizing the economic index of the scheme, and finally obtaining the unique tower crane lifting section number and the optimal scheme corresponding to the lifting time point; and the positioning sensors are transferred and installed to the lifting hooks of all the tower cranes in the group tower, the current positions of the lifting hooks of all the tower cranes are continuously monitored, the current positions of the lifting hooks of all the tower cranes are compared with the optimal scheme, the progress situation is supervised, and the scheme is dynamically adjusted. Under the condition that a complex tower crane construction group composed of a plurality of tower cranes is supported, an automatic algorithm and an intelligent sensor are applied, and accurate planning of a construction scheme and reliable supervision of the process are carried out.

    本发明提供了一种群塔施工监管方法,包括:基于施工进度要求、安全距离和干涉范围,采用贪心算法搜索得到若干满足施工进度要求和安全距离的塔吊提升节数和对应提升时间点的方案;将搜索得到的的塔吊提升节数和对应提升时间点的方案输入遗传算法,进一步自动优化方案的经济指标,最终得到唯一的塔吊提升节数和对应提升时间点的最优方案;将定位传感器转移安装至群塔中的各个塔吊的吊钩处,持续监测各个塔吊的吊钩的当前位置,将各个塔吊的吊钩的当前位置与最优方案进行比较,监管进度情况并对方案作出动态调整。本发明可支持多台塔吊组成的复杂的塔吊施工群的情况下,应用自动化算法与智能传感器,进行施工方案精确策划与过程的可靠监管。
