The invention relates to the technical field of water conservancy pipeline construction, in particular to a water conservancy pipeline pre-burying construction method which comprises the following steps: construction preparation: mounting an anchor rod, determining a mounting point of the anchor rod in a pipe ditch according to design requirements, preparing a pipe ditch water pumping device, and discharging accumulated water in the pipe ditch until the depth of the accumulated water is lower than the pipeline mounting height; after the installation position is determined, an anchor rod installation auxiliary device is prepared, and the anchor rod installation auxiliary device comprises an annular shell, a clamping mechanism and a hoisting mechanism; a lifting ring and a carrying plate are connected together through a connecting rod, the carrying plate and an annular shell are connected and move synchronously, an anchor rod in the annular shell can move to different positions, a motor works and drives a second vertical shaft to rotate, and therefore an outer gear ring and the annular shell are driven to rotate synchronously, and the anchor rod in the annular shell rotates and is automatically screwed into a mounting hole groove. The device can assist in hoisting and mounting the anchor rod, so that the construction efficiency of pre-burying the pipeline is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及水利管道施工技术领域,尤其是一种水利管道预埋施工方法,包括以下步骤:施工准备:安装锚杆并在管沟内根据设计要求确定锚杆的安装点,准备管沟抽水装置,将管沟内的积水排出,直至积水深度低于管道安装高度,在确定好安装位置后,准备锚杆安装辅助装置,锚杆安装辅助装置包括环形壳体、夹持机构和吊运机构;通过设置连接杆将吊环与载板连接在一起,载板和环形壳体相连而同步移动,环形壳体中的锚杆可移动至不同位置,电机工作并带动竖轴二转动,从而带动外齿圈和环形壳体同步转动,环形壳体内的锚杆转动并自动旋入安装孔槽内,装置可辅助进行锚杆的吊运和安装工作,进而有效提高管道预埋的施工效率。
