The invention discloses a flexible curtain wall water splicing method which comprises the following steps: S1, according to the positions of flexible curtain wall veneers in a whole flexible curtain wall, the flexible curtain wall veneers are numbered in sequence; s2, the numbered flexible curtain wall veneers are sequentially and flatly laid on an inflatable air cushion, and the inflatable air cushion is used for transferring the flexible curtain wall veneers to preset positions on the water according to the numbering sequence; s3, the adjacent flexible curtain wall single plates are connected through buckle assemblies, longitudinal frameworks are installed, and inflatable buoys are arranged on the buckle assemblies in the length direction of the flexible curtain wall single plates; s4, the inflatable air cushions below the part of the flexible curtain wall single plates subjected to the step S3 are drawn out, and the flexible curtain wall single plates float on the water surface through inflatable buoys; and S5, the drawn-out inflatable air cushion is carried back, and the steps S2 to S4 are circulated till splicing of the whole flexible curtain wall on the water surface is completed. According to the water splicing method for the flexible curtain wall, large-area curtain wall splicing operation can be safely and efficiently carried out on the water surface in an energy-saving mode.

    本发明公开一种柔性幕墙水上拼接方法,包括以下步骤:S1、根据柔性幕墙单板在整块柔性幕墙中所处位置,对柔性幕墙单板按顺序编号;S2、依次将编好号的柔性幕墙单板平铺于充气气垫上,利用充气气垫将柔性幕墙单板按编号顺序转运到水上预定位置;S3、采用卡扣组件对相邻的柔性幕墙单板进行连接,安装纵向骨架,并在柔性幕墙单板长度方向的卡扣组件上设置充气浮筒;S4、将已完成步骤S3的部分柔性幕墙单板下方的充气气垫抽出,柔性幕墙单板通过充气浮筒漂浮于水面;S5、将抽出的充气气垫运回,循环步骤S2~S4,直至完成整块柔性幕墙在水面上的拼接。本发明的柔性幕墙水上拼接方法,能安全、高效、节能地在水面上进行大面积幕墙拼接作业。
